Enough is enough!
After 5+ months of staying in the fairly protective environment of our suburban gated community, with excursions mostly to remote forests and beaches, we went right to the heart of NYC on this beautiful Sunday morning - Downtown Manhattan, World Financial Center.
And guess what? Pandemic, protests, economy be damned - life goes on!
People are out - walking, jogging, rollerblading, playing volleyball or just hanging out, kids and dogs are doing their things, restaurant staff setting up outdoors tables, music playing...

Yes, masks. Yes, keeping distance. But lots of positive energy!

Baby Miles did great walking the streets of Manhattan. Felt very comfortable, made friends with humans and dogs.
Us routinely taking him for walks in crowded center of our own town, and neighboring towns, is paying off.
Goes to show the value of exposing dogs to a variety of different environments (off-leash running on remote trails as well as leash walking on crowded streets, waiting for green lights, folks having lunch outdoors, fire trucks or ambulances rushing by with sirens and lights, etc.)

Just shows - when you put in the hard work, it all pays off.

I get told I'm "lucky" to have such a well-behaved dog! I bet you do too.

Which golfer said ”the more I train and practise, the luckier I get” ?
