    Most memorable

Sheba our Battersea rescue was dark brown and smelly. When i first bathed her and the grime came off she was golden honey coloured with Cleopatra eyeliner. At first she wouldn't even walk across a room for fear of what might happen and crept round behind the furniture.. After about a year I was...

What's the most embarrassing thing your dog has done?

Oscar sat in the kitchen . My daughters friend went in and patted him then she put her hand out and asked for paw... Oscar promptly vomited into her open hand!

Whats the most useful thing you got for your dog?

I suppose sensibly the car cover that goes all the way from the rear headrests to the front headrests and has slots for their seatbelts to fit through. But for Murphy I guess its his pool. Just 2 meters by 3 its enough for him to splash about in safe from algae/ broken glass/ bacteria etc...

    Swelling lymph gland?

Ive been keeping a check on George's mystery lump. Fingers crossed it seems to be going down and not coming back up its now half the size it was, now about 1.5 cm and its receded under the jaw. Hopefully it was some kind of infection and the antibiotics will do the trick.

Children voting at 16 years !!

I'm 60 and there are an awful lot of women at my age who still vote in whichever way their husband decides. Don't underestimate 16 year olds after all look at the present government, look at brexit ,the over 18's didn't make very good or well informed choices about that now did they? Take a...

    Swelling lymph gland?

It's George on Saturday he was fine he was laying on my lap but on sunday when my son-in-law cuddled him he noticed that George had a large swelling under his jaw where our wisdom teeth would be the size of a ping pong ball. By Monday morning the swelling had gone down to a largish marble...

    Glastonbury 2025

It seems the scandal of Glastonbury has had a knock on effect. Bob Vylan was due to play two dates in the Netherlands starting in Amsterdam but the venue has had threats made against it. Elsewhere I read that threats had been made to Bob Vylan too. It seems some of the German dates are also...

    New Border Terrier puppy

Well..... My neighbour when I lived in Surrey had a grey whippet puppy called Clive he was a gorgeous dog and so friendly but when it came to eating things Clive gave us all the master class.
