Toilet training confusion - peeing in crate

Oh love, sounds like your pup’s just a bit confused — they all go through it! Try making the crate just big enough to sleep in, no extras, and do one quiet wee trip in the night, not every few hours. Clean up any accidents with enzyme spray so she’s not tempted again. It’ll pass — my Millie was...

    Extreme guilt

You did the right thing for your dog. She was most likely in pain / confused and possibly scared. Hope you are ok. In time you will realise you timed it right and did the best thing for her ❤️

The pain won’t subside. I can’t see past this loss.

Agree with others. It’s so painful but time eventually allows you to remember the amazing times and their personality in a happy way instead of a painful way. ❤️

    Reactive barking

Hey! My terrier was the same—total window nut! We put up frosted window cling so he couldn’t see outside as much and redirected him to a chill spot. When critters popped up, I’d toss treats in the grass for a “find it” game to distract him. Keeping him on a short leash in the garden helped...

    Loose Stools

My Jack Russell, Milo, had a very similar experience—constant diarrhea and vomiting as a puppy, even after switching to raw and trying elimination diets. We also didn’t think to test for Giardia until someone at our local pet store suggested it (those folks are lifesavers!). Once treated, his...
