Janis, I will make sure that any black and whites from the next litter are headed your way........ I am planning a multi-coloured litter in the future... :D :D :D

Oh how exciting....looking forward to seeing the new knitted version, suspect it will be so much quieter than the other version....

might be interested in a brindle too....its going to be so hard deciding.... :D

Having been privileged to be aware of this litter from conception I can guarantee that it was thoughtfully and responsibly bred (I believe sleepless nights were involved) and that the disappointing conformation could not have been predicted. I know however that the breeder will do everything she can to ensure that future litters are of show quality and so have already reserved a future 'Woolly'. I do feel I should point out though (I'm sure the breeder will correct me if I'm wrong) that these lines don't 'do' adverse weather conditions and so will need to be amply provided with whippet coats

You must keep him! He is lovely, I would love a little wooly whippet. Lots of luck with your next litter

Lal, you have most definitely lost it, girl!

I need a wooly!!!!! as im the runt of the litter ,they would fit in perfect here :teehee:

Oh dear, how sad that you are so disappointed. I would be prepared to take Wooley for you. I would promise to care for Wooley and offer Wooley a place on my bed.

:D Thank you all for your kind words and offers of a forever home for Woolly however I am sorry to disappoint you but am happy to say he is now settling well in his new forever home.

He is the perfect whippet for my sister, Deb, and brother in law Stu and is already very much loved having settled in immediately. They have longed for a whippet for some time now but have been unable to find one that would adapt to their working hours and live happily with their cats.

I would also like to thank Annie for her support during my anguish over breeding this litter. She is absolutely right that sleepless nights did play a part and I am sure that planning and breeding another litter will involve a few more  Obviously, if there are any announcements to be made in the future they will be made here on K9.

That is absolute quality, made my evening - very funny :teehee: Woolly is a stunner, any more of him and they will sell like anything - I want one ha ha!!!!!
