Man cited after cat-throwing video surfaces on social media
he claimed to police he was "just playing with the cat".
He picked the animal up off a driveway, & flung her bodily at the wall of a house.

Then he posted the video-clip of his bad-deed online, to brag about it. Grrr.
The cat was checked on, & appeared physically OK, but i hope the owners don't let her roam in the future. There are too many hazards in the outside world, & some of them are two-legged arsewipes.
