1. DeeDee also makes those little low pitched growling noises when we come home or when she's excited about something :)
2. The way she sings when she yawns.
3. The way she always leaves just her bottom sticking out when sleeping under a duvet - we think that's how she must breath...
Aww poor Kiplin - I can feel those cat scratches from here!
DeeDee says she has every sympthay too, as our cat Saffy likes to give her a good bashing every now and then! When she was a puppy Saffy would punch her (claws in, like a thwack!) from one side of the hall to the other :(...
We also bought a coat from Ebay for DeeDee from Coats for K9's. It fits beautifully, was very reasonably priced and it comes in lots of different colours. I think it came to around £13 including postage
Here's a couple of pics of DeeDee modelling hers - it's reversable too as you...
At the Tatton Park Show earlier this month we were handed a leaflet at the gates for the Cholmondeley show coming up this weekend. We really enjoyed Tatton, and as Cholmondeley isn't far from us we were thinking of going to this one too. But is it the same kind of thing as Tatton? Have looked on...
Hi found this old post while mooching about in Search as we're wanting to get DeeDee some kind of snugglebed for the winter as she loves duvet stealing so much!
The togsfordogs snugglebeds look the best to me, but I was wondering about the colours - there's a drop down with 4 colours on there...
More gorgeous pics there Patricia - your girls coats always look so so shiny! Beautiful
Oh, and does your radiator curve, or is that just the picture?? (w00t)
Thanks Janis - I was just looking for the post and it appeared!
He is beautiful isnt he, lovely strong colours - DeeDee's seem to be a little paler than that, oh and she can talk for Britain too when she has the fancy! The singing as she stretches and gets comfy on the sofa of an...
Ok so she has been to the vet and his verdict was that she definitely isn't in season. He couldnt see any visible signs of swelling or anything but said she'll probably start it in the next couple of months.
He did however say that the symptoms of weeing frequently and the blood on Saturday...
Just to say there have been no other signs of bleeding or swelling since Saturday, so we're taking her to the vets this evening just to rule out a urine infection or anything wrong and to see if the Vet can confirm is she's in season or not.
Thank you all for your replies.
The only thing now is, I dont know if she IS in season! Since I posted on Saturday there hasnt been any more blood, despite me checking every couple of hours with a tissue. She hasnt been licking herself down there since Saturday night, and it doesnt really look...
Thanks Helen, since posting I have been in the FAQ section reading EVERYTHING on seasons  and the geeneral consensus seems to be that they dont get their frist until 12-16 months old?? That means DeeDee is probably far too young. Also I've looked again and nothing seems swollen, but...
DeeDee has been out with us all day, but we wanted to pop out and get something for dinner, so dropped her off at home before going out again. We were only gone an hour, and when we got in we let her out for a wee as usual. I was watching her to check she'd been and noticed some blood on the...
Oh no! A week too late! I had this site saved on our old PC for when DeeDee needed her first proper whippy collar, but I couldnt find it again, I tried for about a fortnight! Now we've bought one off Ebay, lovely soft pink leather one with little "diamonds" on it! :- "
Still every little...
