Jax Thank you for the example. This is a pet hate of mine and you see some handler stacking there dogs this way to get some form of topline that the dog doesn't have, but the worst part is some judges seem to over look this fault and put the dogs up far to often. Rag Dog :oops:

It's a pity that the photo you used as an example is not a good one. Perhaps when photogrophers take photos of coloured dogs they should take light into consideration. If a judge is any good they will ignore the colour and look at what they are judging - the dogs outline,movement,eye colour to...

I too was at the show as I had arranged to meet Angus to start socialising my latest litter of whippet pups. I was not present when this discussion took place, but it was immediately the talk around the ring at the end of whippet judging. I now know why I decided to show less than I have...
