Yes & sometimes they just are'nt excuses but fact! And I disagree that you cant give the same amount of attention to two litters...it all depends on how many pups you have in total and what your lifestyle is.....cos I think that I as someone who stays at home and does'nt work would be able to...
I do not think that you can make a sweeping statement like that regarding people who may have two litters at the one time unless they are repeatedly doing it....as in some cases there may be certain extenuaiting circumstances that you know nothing about. We have recently just had two litters on...
Bree has always been a fav of mine, she is a beautiful girl and it looks like Lexi is going to be taking after her!
Many CONGRATULATIONS to both of them.
I could be wrong here and forgive me if I am but I honestly don't think Folic Acid has any effects on fertility whether in the animal kingdom or with humans,it is given prior to concieving & during the early stages of pregnancy (the first trimester) because it is a vitamin needed for cell...
I loved this litter and predicted they would be little stars! And how right I was!!!!!
Two absoulutely stunning young ladies and I can't wait to hear all about their debuts! Just wish I could be there to see them...but alas it's not to be. :(
And I wont wish you good luck...cos you'll not...

What fantastic pics, she is really growing up fast. I loved this litter from the start, they were wonderful babies & are turning into even more wonderful youngsters!!
I also agree that she looks very similar to the lovely Rubes.
I am of a similar opinion as both Rachel & Lida, though for me I would prefer not to breed from a maiden bitch after 3yrs as the pelvis does "fuse" (as Lida has said above) and there is a higher risk of complications and ceasars after this age....it's a bit like humans, the older a woman becomes...
CONGRATS!! all round but especially to Molly with Lexie  I know it was freezing cold that day and very untypical whippet weather,so whips probably not looking their best WELL DONE everyone for braving the elements.
Hmmm I agree...it's got to be Hertta for me too! What a beautiful rich color she is. But as Lana says they are all gorgeous pups & I wish you all the very best with them.
