Hi there, do you mean you've already found a dog you want brought over? Others may well have a better way, but only way I've known of it done is for say the breeder of the pup to come to a ferry port closest to them (dependant on where they are located) and the new owner to have travelled across...

Well I grew up with spaniels, working and show and witnessed the 'procedure', honestly can say I'd be the first to :x if i thought there was any suffering involved. And think i saw it done often enough to know what i'm on about. As for dewclaws, again its only based on 26 years (w00t) gawd...
