I've only seen about 10 minutes of the programme so far so can't yet comment,but i do entirely agree with you both regarding the chemical & diet issues. I also believe that over vaccination is another contributary factor to a lot of dogs poor health!!!

Hips are scored from 0-54 on each hip,0 being perfect. Each hip is scored in 9 different areas with a maximum score of 6 for each. So basically, a 0-0 score is perfect & anything over say 16 would start to be a bit suspect. I can remember someone who owned a lovely gsd who had the highest...

It's a bit of both really,they're not big whippets & the settee's 8ft long :o .....i got fed up never getting a bit of space,so decided a huge settee was needed,but i still never seem to find a corner on it,grrrr :D

Back in the early 80,s when parvo first reared it's ugly head,my gsd's were in direct contact with it,never had a vaccine against it,& never contacted it. A couple of years later,i had a litter & kept back a beautiful male puppy.I had him vaccinated which included the parvo vaccine at around 10...

Personally,i wouldn't touch the kc vaccine with a barge pole,& i think more dogs end up with kc when they've had the vaccine than those that haven't!!! Then again,i wouldn't give any of my dogs boosters either & haven't ever had any probs!!!
