hi thats tank just back from the vets he got a jag for painrelief and one for antibiotics , he starts antibiotics tomorrow and also has metacam to take , he gos back to the vets on friday afernoon to get his dressing changed he is doing very well , we got his x-ray it is a clean break and...

tank had broke the radius bone in his leg, he gos back to the vet in the morning he has to get more jags and a check of his plaster i will try and get a copy of his x-rays as we would like to see the damage to his leg, he got a plate and pins in his leg and is much better today thank you all...

hi everyone tank has had his op everything went well he is ok and i am going to get him now when i phoned the vet all i could hear was him howling will give more details later :D

tank was at vet tonight to be checked and given a sedative and a painkilling jab to see him through the night,he goes for x-ray and surgery at 8-30am-but he seems quite settled at the moment. cheers dougie & liz

just a quick update about tank.we all had a terrible night with no sleep,however we have had him out a couple of times to go to the loo and he has managed ok with his temporary support-and of course now we are awake he has gone to sleep!. thanks for all the nice messages and we will keep you...

i know tank has a few fans on here so i thought you should all know what happened-when we let tank out tonight he jumped out the front door and straight over the steps onto the slabs and he has badly broken hs front right leg just above the wrist,it is a bad break in a bad position and the lower...

only problem is he is out and in the bed like a yoyo and the last couple of months he has been having wind problems :x i can not tell you how bad he smells :blink:

dont agree with the comment about greyhounds being ear sensitive because their ears get checked before they race,we have 3 greyhounds who love nothing more than having their ears played with-not in the least bit sensitive.
