I have 7. Im lucky because they all walk really quietly on the lead. We have come across squirrels but they only surge for a second but nothing that cant be controlled. They free run together everyday but only in areas I consider safe and away from the masses. :)

You say that people breed their bitches with Sonny based on his working ability. I have 7 whippets who hunt every day of their lives. The 'show bred's are superior in the field where as my 'working breds' couldnt catch a hedgehog......and one of them is afraid of flies. Theyve all been reared...
