Maybe do the thing where you are one side of the door and he the other and keep encouraging him through for a fuss or a treat.. I guess the more he uses it, the more inclined he will use it when he needs to? Love them - adorable! What made you have a boxer and a westie?

Toughie - it depends what you want.. I have a Rav4 and I love it for my ruffers, but its expensive to run and tax etc....

I would take up a few slabs and turf it..... Get some dog rocks for her water and maybe give her a green-um treat every day to help with destroying the grass and then I would hose it down every couple of days....
