Hi , just joined your forum :flowers:

My name is Kate , my dog is Sam a 22 month old black Labrador . I have always owned Labs and Jack Russells , sadly my last little JRT Flynn died just a few months ago . I had rescued him via the Blue Cross , I am a volunteer for them on their Pet Bereavement Support Service and when I heard that Flynn had arrived via the Blue Crosss from an Irish pound , I wanted him immediately . He was a joyful loving little soul, only about 9 months old , he and Sam quickly bonded but then he began to have violent seizures which would not respond to the usual Vet drugs , eventually he got into cluster seizures from which he did not recover, he was only 15 months old .

I dont regret having him as I have had a brain damaged dog before so at least I knew how to care for little Flynn , he was a little angel .

So, now its just me, my husband and Sam who has been my rock, bless him , we live in Cornwall near to moors and coast so my big lad has lovely walks each day . Looking forward to browsing around x

Hi kate, welcome to the forum, sorry to hear about your little Flynn, he sounds as though he had lots of love and fun in his short life.

I have a rescued terrier cross called Lily.
