Maybe part of the solution should be that no-one picks their dogs up unless all dogs in the race have come back to the lure,or have finished chasing. Ty is a git for going into the lure hard after a race and have seen some near misses with people picking their dogs up. Maybe people want to pick...

Not sure what the arrangements are carole but from what i can gather we have to pay for 52 weeks whether we use them or not. Dont think we can get round it but will arrange to meet with the council once people say how they feel and if they want to try and get the club running again or not. chris

I have recieved the proposed lease 'contract' from the council today.......................from asset and valuation dept. The gist of it is that they want us to pay the following £ 500 rent per year, payable monthly I think( works out £10/ week) £ 350 to have the council draw up the contract...

The yearling trophy won by hot rocks (2008) wasn't returned as far as i am aware. It was given out last year after having been won by game on the year before (2007). It doesnt say that the yearling trophy was returned. chris
