The kennel TYPE, which is how i would discribe type of whippets I like, opposed the STUFF :rant: , is simlar to that of Sandline. However I would say Kennels such as Avalonia have a closure link to this type if you are looking overseas.
Dont know if you had a good look at the site or not Karen but there is about 200 links to whippet web sites mainly across US Can and Europe. This covers just about every kennel type and has some interesting information regards pedigrees if anyone is doing research.

My true feelings about this subject is that in part dog showing is about presentation of your dog, and asking the judge if they feel that this is a true example of the breed.

when the ban on such things as chalk came into effect in the late 80s early 90s i think? a number of breeds had random checks post CC.
I can remember a Westie have its CC withheld because chalk was found in its coat I might be wrong but I think this was at Crufts!! It was in all the dog papers...

I agree with Dawns point of view as regards the way it is now is fine and I dont think we should alter things to make CC easier.

Poor guy only wanted some help with a stud dog.
