I think EVERONE should go to the Hound show on August the 6th , Wether you are entering a dog or not , :- " It would be great to meet up on a nice sunny day :luck:

All you people who are new to showing and even those who arent lets GET TOGETHER .

BTW if your dog isnt entered you cant bring it , just in case some of you had thought about it ,,,,,,,,,,,,,sorry KC regs and all that :angry:

entries close june 20th,

easy to get to, usually off at junction 14 on M6 at stafford and is well signposted from there

Ive entered and looking forward to it. Is there gonna be a buffet stylie thing going on like Crufts, (dont suppose they'd let us bring a BBQ! )

I doubt it , they have there own catering ( as do Crufts :- " NEC ) , but people take sandwiches . If its outside `weather permitting` we just gather round the rings , The judges are Editha Newton , doing dogs and Molly McConkey Bitches , I might enter a bitch ,but thats all :blink: :- "

They have lovely icecreams too , the show ground , not the judges :lol:

Maybe it's time for me to go to the Houndshow again, as I have not been to this show since 1987. Alfreda Boggia judged and Ch Baldrey Limited Edition of Juneric and Ch Chyton Copy Press won the CC:s. Brings back memories!

Well, I wasn't going to go - but since you asked so nicely :* - it sounds like a great idea! :thumbsup: Hound Show is such a lovely venue, and we usually have gorgeous weather, and you see all those beautiful hounds of varying breeds - a lovely day out! :thumbsup: :thumbsup:

Coffee and walnut cake, anyone?

PS Doris - it takes around 1 and a half to two hours from us - probably around the same for you - M40, M42, M5 North - really easy journey! :thumbsup:

and they have a special beginners class can i enter that class ? i dont know weather to put her in puppy and that or just special beginners and leave puppy what do you think . but yes i will be there :cheers:
