Sunday's meeting was good. The best of the year in my view. Plenty of close races on the uphill track.Read about it in the Nov. Whippet News.

For those attending, could you bear in mind that my Rocky is looking for a running partner. He is 2 and a half years, 34 lbs and is a whippet. Currently a bit lame but i'm hopeful that he will run. Thanks.

This was the third annual Poachers Rest Show in Lincolnshire. The day was a success with many dogs in attendance. There was whippet racing ( Rocky won the event) and lurcher racing. Also showing. (Rocky won his class which I was very pleased about.) I have a full gallery of photos on LAMPYPICS...

Slightly muddy yesterday in Sussex! Just like everywhere else I guess :blink: Sussex Longdogs were doing a 250 yard hurdle course. A straight course with 2 obstacles to jump, or go round depending on the mood. Some of my lot took to it and others didn't. Zorro loved it.
