I have come to the conclusion that they are better left to heal on there own. The mess the last dog got in from the splint was unbelievable, I vowed I would never splint again. If the toes is dislocated it should be re-aligned I would think, but splints are aweful on a Whippets tender skin...

Poor little darling. I am so pleased that the damage was not too bad. What on earth made these dogs attack her?....were they staffs by any chance? Although the owners attitude was not that of the present day Staff. owners! She will soon be on the mend.
