Hello Serena, it was me that contacted my boy William's breeder after seeing Nina's original post on here about your puppy, as I was struck by the pic on epupz how similar he looked to William, and was located not too far from them....I thought it may be one of their's :) I'm assuming they...
So sorry about Tilly.
Went to Chatsworth today and had your number in my mobile incase, but honestly out of all the whippets there, not a blue one in sight :(
I can't imagine what you're going through Mally, I only know that I dread this with my boys.
Stay strong love.
Can you tell us any more about him? How's his housetraining etc?
I know he's looking for a pet home, but out of interest, is he show or racing bred?
Would his owner be happy for your rescue to recieve a donation, or is she looking to recoup some of what she paid for him?
Photos would be good...
hope they're not sold out , they're lovely, where are they from please ?

JulieD & Dessie, the collars are from www.2houndsdesign.com
I think maybe this particular design has sold out, but there are lots more lovely ones on the site, and they add new designs...
That's great Wild Whippies, thanks! Loads on there, will have to have a good trawl through with my list when I've got lots of time :) , but think I've spotted at least one I'm after
A bit of old fashioned fun....Richmal Crompton's 'William' books, wonderful when you want a break from the heavy reads. My Dad gave me my first one years ago now, it was his present from his sunday school when he was a little boy, and set off my passion for all things 'William' :) Trying to...
I've read Narrow Dog too, Terry Darlington has quite an unusual style doesn't he. Liked his humour and looked forward to all the little Jim bits :)
One book I can read over & over and never tire of is Gerald Durrell's My Family and Other Animals, it's so funny and just wonderful :)
Great pics as usual Ellen, it's always a pleasure to look at your posts!
Wonderful that your girls are getting on so well, and they look so good together
BTW, Dobe is wearing the same collar that I got for Eli, and I bought William the co-ordinating one with small dots.....lovely aren't...
Good god Keith, you remembered the toned arms! Me too, weren't they lovely, lucky girl.....no matter how many horses I've groomed over the years (and it's bloody hard work!) my arms have never ended up like that :(
