lalena scarring on your dog should not make the slightest bit of difference to it's showing prospects! scars incurred whilst hunting on a hunting breed should not be deemed as a penalty.
Am pretty sure it says this in the breed standard.
My dogs are workers only and unfortunately have had...
I know there are some very good breeders out there, mark roberts, john greenwood and others etc, they all breed some exceptional dogs, I in the future hope to be able to join their ranks.
In the meanwhile people like those already mentioned and Paul cork of Lynnperry are the mentors or the the...
Great picture, have seen a few ferrets come flying out of holes as they have tried to stay attached before but never seen one go for a proper ride! quality.
Had a rat try and give ferret a ride before though! big mistake :D
Thanks for that Bollio, I like many others had always though that the Irish Hare was simply a blue hare living in Ireland and not actually a seperate species.
Have just been looking on an irish conservation website and it is quite interesting.
Cheers...
No couldn't agree more mally, would never leave a ferret down a hole alone, and have dug a few big uns in the past, but nowadays unless I am forced to by darkenss I leave them to come out on their own, especially if it's a deep un.
Cheers

Nice looking dog mate.
It's a bit easier when your dog only has three legs!!!
Have had several bad cuts and tears over the years, including a hang up on a fence that sounded very simmilar to clouds injury, took me over an hour to find tod one day when out coursing, and I thought I would find him dead! found him hung up on a fence with most of his back leg skin still...
Don't wish to be a spoil sport but they really don't need coats you know! especially if they are bombing about keeping themselves warm.
Mine never wear anything and they hunt in all weathers, often standing still in bitterly cold conditions for long periods of time whilst ferreting, and they...
Hello am a working whippet owner who comes on the Ig forum every now and again out of curiosity, are IGs hard to train then? cos have seen on here a few times about their reluctance to house train! All my whips have been house trained completely within a few weeks of coming home are Ig's that...
I just love little Whippies they are so great, hilarious to watch you can just turn off the Tv and stare at them instead.
She's gorgeous lakey good luck with her, my next whippie might be a bitch! :D
