I have been informed of 2 Whippets found on the run together in the Southampton area, 1 dog & 1 bitch, please pm if you have any info regarding their owner/s.

I have checked Doglost, Lurchersearch & had a good look on The Whippet Forum but cannot see these dogs reported lost or stolen.

They are currently safe & being well cared for until the situation is resolved.

Please feel free to cross post to any other forums that maybe useful in solving the mystery!

Glad to hear they are being kept safe until the mystery is solved.

Fingers crossed that they are being missed by a loving owner and can soon be reunited. We all rely so heavily on the internet and yet many older people do not have computers, internet access etc and are unaware of the networks available such as Doglost, Lurchersearch etc. Maybe if they belonged to an elderly owner then this might be the case? If so then I hope someone can point them in the right direction.

Nothing yet .......... I found it on TWF and cross posted and TWF had found it somewhere and cross posted it too!! :blink:

Amazing how many whippet folk don't know about TWF and K9 :wacko:

Hopefully they will be reunited with their owner very soon :luck:
