Hi All

Just thought I'd start a new thread for the new year! Some of you may have already done a show or two - feel free to re-post the results if you want them included here.

But my first shows for the year are on the 15th & 16th Jan at Burnett KC and after talking to Griff (Parnew) last night I know that he has shows that weekend too.

So GOOD LUCK everyone and let's see results posted here as often as possible (and pics if you can get them ... with permission ;) ) :D

Have a great year !

Most Certainly Yes! Maybe if we ask Nigel really nicely he will edit the title for to us to "2005 Oz & NZ Show Results"

I had/have? a choice between Bundy/Isis and Mareeba/Atherton - same distance either way. I had written out my entries for the north as I had discussed it with Mum earlier about not wanting to keep coming into direct competition with Cara with Aime & Dino. But now she says (yesterday) she would like me to come to Bundy, even though I will have just been at her place two weeks prior! This threw me into a dilmena but entries for Bundy/Isis closed yesterday and Friday. A bit too scared to send my entries late and expect to be accepted. Not the right thing to do. Mareeba/Atherton doesn't close until next weekend. So it seems that's where I'll be going. Unless I get the courage to send a late entry.

Are you doing Bundy Gary? It would have been nice to see you and Jo and Harry and Gabby  again.

Sorry that we'll miss you Lana. Jo and I are coming up to Bundy/Isis for a camping weekend- leaving little gab at home to give our white girl a go. Just got back from a lovely week at Alexandra Headland-surf was huge

 Congratulations Gajo! On gaining Lily's first CC & R/UBOB at just her 3rd show and under a whippet specialist as well, and then icing the cake with a class in group to boot.

Thanks Whipowill- not bad for her 3rd time out. Not sure if I'd describe Geoff Love as a whippet specialist- maybe we should. I called Mrs McKenzie a whippet specialist a while back on here and got pulled up for it- perhaps rightly. :b

So what defines a specialist? A judge who breeds and exhibits? How long should they have been breeding for? Should they have titled so many dogs?
