I tried but it's not word format and i couldn't fill it in to email it back - doesn't matter now, Dee's sent me details.

Just wondering if i renew my card at the easter weekend how much is it and do i have to have my old card or fill in any forms?

Just bring your old card jade as dee's made new ones....it £20 this year
