As I'm exhausted I shall just say a quick thanks to Dave, Carol, Nicky, Ray and all the East Anglia members for hosting a really enjoyable 3rd National Champs for us. The track was excellent, there were no equipment failures and the lure driving wasn't half bad as well.

Thanks to all the people who helped out and worked to make the day run smoothly. If I try to list you all then I'll have one of my 'foggy' moments and forget someone.

Congrats to all the dogs who ran their hearts out and gave us all such pleasure. I'm off to sit down and watch the end of Sherlock (got home too late to see most of it), sip a glass of wine and watch a small black person beat up a large pepper and salt person. After travelling back without a rest stop on entering the house he ran into my bedroom and wee'd on the rug. :x

We would also like to say what a great day we had at the nationals every thing run smoothly and we would like to congratulate all the winners. There were some really close races, Shadow and Enchanter for example. We would also like to say well done for bringing in the best of the rest heats and especially the "best of the best of the rest" (i think that was what it was caused lol), the handicapping proved to be absolutely spot on with the "up to 28lbs" needing the camera to separate the 5 dogs. Well done it give us with dogs that don't make the finals and semi's something to look forward to and thoroughly enjoy.

Thank you and well done.

well done to all the winners and finalist, esp angie parker on her double , not just one cracking dog but two, some people have all the luck :D :D well done.

Well done NPWRA on, I understand, a wonderful day at Newmarket with all running smoothly and Judy's magic camera proving its worth again. I wish I could have been there, dont know all the results, but huge congratulations to all the winners and Finalists, especially Barbara and Alanwith Enchanter, geoff and Fly the Wind,Kinda Cheeky two fab Peppermints and Everyone else of course.

Its not my camera Gill, its the NPWRA's. Its amazing how good the human eye is actually, what the line judges see by eye nearly always turns out to be correct, no matter how close it is. But yes, its nice to have the camera to refer to, to make sure.

Thanks to the East Anglia club - the equipment was excellent- no problems with the traps or lure and not a single re-run.

Talking of the timer - Alan's timed handicap for the best of the Best of the Rest racing seemed to work well as there were some close finishes. Good idea Alan

Well done to all the winners and finalists and especially the new title winners.

Thats the one thing I missed Barbara. I just knew there would be someone whose dog would win, who I would love to do DVDs for. Enchanter will just have to do it again at Old Hall ;-)

Shame to miss Sam becoming a Champion too, but I don't think we will miss any more now :- )
