(w00t) Well done everyone! Keep up the good work :) Its really hard - I know, its 16 years since I stopped and STILL sometimes - just for a split second I could kill for a cig  hang on in there :luck: :luck:

everytime i make a cup a coffee i still go to my "ciggie draw"...........get pee'd off when i open it and see theres nothing there

still really want one everyday, but im not going to give in..........after seeing my mum in hospital 5 weeks ago after having part of her lung removed there is no way i would start again, i dont want to have to go through what she is going through at the mo :(

Well Done Hely

I know it's not easy...the best thing about having stopped is that I don't have to try to stop again...if you get what I mean. TrishG told me of this website which helped her a couple or so years ago.

QuitNet.com

I don't think that will work as a link but should be something like the ad.

But well Done ...Stick at it

Pauline

aww thanks pauline :huggles:

yep its hard, but im sticking at it o:)

i will have a look at that website, thankyou
