Hi June,

We took your advice you gave us at Glos a couple of weeks back, Paddy had plenty of rest and lots of massage. It was looking much better the following week but maybe he needed some more time off, we thought he had completely recovered otherwise we wouldn't have raced him

We will follow your instructions and we have decided that he won't be racing again this year anyway.

Thanks again.

Poor you Sue, hope you are feeling well soon. Andover is a great club, just like Gloucester..............................I'm sure the popularity has nothing to do with the pub after racing :- " , then again 8)

Hi Springfield,Ken & Heather did come to the meeting and thier dogs are cleared for racing but I'm sure they only trialed, they are both running very well  ( the pups that is :teehee: )

Nice to have you join us Emma, glad to see you made yourself useful catching Neil & Jennys pup :p ( who ran very good.well done to you both  ), I saw you dissappeared quickly & quietly (w00t) .

Joanne.........what ARE you suggesting :- " .........Good to hear Glos had a good meeting also. After relaying the lure by hand at our last meeting we felt VERY spoiled by our lovely "new" moped ,PRU. :huggles:

Lesley,

Holly was upset by the return of the moped, as she enjoyed the "pocket money" from the previous visit for helping return the lure:D .

That said with the good turnout it made things run much more smoothly

It's an easy mistake to make, and we've all probably been there before - I know we have. Once the bruising goes, you think it's OK, but really it takes longer to heal. I'm sure the winter rest will see him fighting fit again for the start of the season

We are learning all the time and this is a mistake that we won't be making again

Paddy enjoys nothing more than a good rest, we certainly won't have to force him to take it easy -_- :huggles:

You're right there - lazy little buggers (w00t) Sweep is in the sick bay too - we thought he didn't run very well at the last two opens - he has a muscle injury too :( Still he's enjoying all the massaging and TLC now :huggles:

Poor Sweep, hope he gets better soon June :huggles:

Maybe this is why Paddy hasn't run well all year :- " ....... or maybe not :teehee: :D
