There were two in a bed......

(Sophie and Jess doing their normal bookends impersonation)

.... and the little one said 'move over'

(Meg was absolutely determined to join them and managed to find a space somehow)

Taz meanwhile had a whole big sofa to himself. My delicate (w00t) little girls obviously didn't want to share with a smelly boy

And I can't leave out Ernie, my little foster Corgi. He doesn't 'do' sofas (he can't reach bless him) but he is super-cute

I really don't understand why Ernie is still with me after all this time, he's such a funny, sweet little dog. Perhaps 2009 will finally bring him a home of his own!

Lovely, I have to say, especially little Meg

:luck: to Ernie on finding his own forever home, he looks adorable

Those are lovely photos - your dogs are all gorgeous (and very comfy)

Good luck Ernie - hope 2009 is your lucky year :luck: :luck: :luck:

I LOVE that little Ernie, was just thinking about him when looking at the Oldies Rehomed montage ... but I can't have another dog :( I hope he finds his forever home in 2009.

Bless. Lovely photos of your oldies (I've a soft spot for Ernie).

I saw an article about the Oldies Club in one of the dog magazines this month. I remember seeing your dogs featured. :)

   he is sooooo lovely, always had a soft spot for corgi's :)

Amazingly the very day after I posted this we had an enquiry about Ernie from someone who has had Corgis all his life and has for the last few years taken in older rescue corgis. He is a lovely man and it has proved to be the perfect home for Ernie, so he went off to his new home today

I'm really pleased for him, I think he will have a wonderful life there and be very loved and spoiled. I don't half miss him though! The house feels quite empty without the little fella :(

Be happy, little Ernie :luck:

fiona thats fab news im so glad little ernie finally has his forever sofa  but you must miss him he was a cutie

al your dogs look great tell taz i would share a sofa with him any day
