Dear All !

We have recently registered on K9 community and we are looking for a new member to our family!

We have a whippet bitch and would love to now have a whippet dog preferably Blue or Black. We are in Telford, Shropshire. Happy to travel for him!! Any assistance would be appreciated Thanks Gemini

Hi there thanks for the welcome & advice - Hope to get a pedigree pup so i'll try speaking with breeders who have litters due - any recommendation would be welcomed..

Hi jok - pretty much neighbours then ha! i will repost this in gen disc whippets thanx!! we are hoping to hav a try at racing or showing not 100% sure, we just love whippets :- ) will keep an eye out for new litters

Try to club racing manager for the heart of england as he has a lovly litter of pups and i think you will get what colour you want there and hes not that far from you regards Henry.

Just a suggestion - maybe if you decide what you would like to try (showing or racing) you could then go for a pup from show lines or racing lines as appropriate. I wanted a fawn girl for my first Whippet, but i've got Frankie, a parti boy and couldn't be happier with him! :huggles:

Hi - i thnk id quite like a go at the racing side.. although my partner wants to show as well - maybe we could do both ?? we r poppin to our nearest racing club in the next few weeks to take a look and maybe get in touch with new people there too. Do you race your whippet(s) or show or just pet?
