God its days like these that really get me down. We have just got 2 staffy x in at the home because their owner has a terminal illness and has got to the point where they have given him two weeks at most and he has moved in to a hospice. Then we got a 4 month lab in coz their owner got her at six weeks and has now decided that she is two big!!! Weve got 3 failed sheep dogs waiting to come in and a boxer that is also waiting because his owner doesn't want to be bothering with walking him in the dark nights! and a working lurcher(which are really hard to find homes for) has come in coz his owner is going to prison for drugs!!! And also i had an interview for the police yesterday and i buggered it up coz i cudn't define a minority group!!! well how would you define it?

Sorry it was more than a quick moan but it had to be done! thanks for listening!

cant even cheer you up by saying the dog situation will get easier as we all know christmas is coming and more dogs get thrown out

i can help you out with the minority question though ,,,,

the answer is simple , the minority now is a white person (w00t)

But judging by the amount of dogs being handed in to you; a good example of a minority group would be blooming responsible dog owners with a sense of commitment to their animals!!! :rant:

So sorry for the owners of the 2 staffy x though.

just got worse!! bin told i wasnt succesful 4 the police, and broke my finger trying to get the staffy x owt of the paddok n falling dwn the ramp! :b larl sringer pup thats just cum in made me cheer up tho wid lots of licks lol :wub: still pisd off tho every thing is always bloody orientated around ethnic minoritys!

Being in a minority group myself I’m glad tha they expect you to have some awareness of the range of people you're gonna be protecting :- " examples of minority groups for next time, black, tranasgender, gay, lesbian, physical disability, refugees. Id say if you can name a few and talk about one you're rockin. Good luck for next time - sounds like you've had a rough day

Perhaps the job isn't for you if every thing is orientated around bloody ethnic minrity groups :- "

My dentist, doctor and several police officers who I have had dealings with come from ethnic groups......and also my wonderful vet (w00t)
