Bless...how did they manage to become friends so quickly?

Actually I took Jonah out for the first time today, and he's been an absolute angel all afternoon and evening. He's even asleep next to Fred, and not a growl is to be heard.

Isn't Jake lovely! He was the biggest of the litter, a real beauty. Thanks for posting the pics. Jake and Jarvis...great names!!

Thought I'd add this photo as I was here. Joe keeping himself occupied whilst I'm on K9 :- "

Joe is so gorgeous Nicola   I think when we look for another whippet pal for Muffin in the spring I would like one the same colour, is it called 'blue'? I'm not completely sure of the official names for the different colours you can get!

Joe is a blue brindle...i think he is rather unusual in his colouring. He's getting lighter as he's getting older and his fawn brindling is really starting to become more pronounced.

I couldn't help thinking the corner of his his eye looked a bit red in this photo...feel a bit worried now.

Do you mean the fur at the corner of his eye? If so, it looks to me like the same colour which is on top of his head so nothing to worry about - it could just be the way the light is falling on him. But I know I worry about Muffin at the slightest thing that seems a bit wrong - I was hoping to be more laid back with him than I was with Josh but it's not working!! It probably hasn't helped either losing Josh so young - it makes me even more neurotic.

he is looking gorgeous nicola

the other two will love him to bits .....

eventually ......

honest

Joe is looking really good, your doing a cracking job with him  , as he gets older the fawn in his coat will become more pronounced and the blue brindling more defined so he will be quite similar to his mum and cousin Owen just a little bit more blue, I am really looking foward to seeing how he turns out :)

dad sends kisses to his gorgeous brindle boy
