Only just seen this Alison- thinking of you and lovely Sunny :huggles:

Can't believe it's a year already :(

Liz and the Monellis

i still think of my old dogs that passed away 20 odd years ago and i still get choked up thinking about them. :(

rest in peace Sunny boy :huggles:

I agree with others, it really doesnt get any easier. It will be year in September since we lost Biscuit and never a day goes by without thinking of him. Looking at your pics must make you remember the good times. I think the words on the Tilly page were amazing and I think of them when we walk the others - they are still by your side. :( and will never leave you.

K & A

Seeing this thread reminded me that I had meant to post something similar last week to mark the passing of my ol' buddy Merlin on the 14th of July 2006. Everyone on this site was so helpful while he was ill and then so supportive and understanding when we had to make the "big decision" to let him go.

I still miss Merlie a lot and I'm sure I always will, I talk to him quite often and will regularly flick through photos of him. I can't believe it's a whole year either!

I hope they're all having fun up there somewhere :huggles:

Hope you don't mind me coming in on your thread for Sunny Alison

Gosh Alison, I can't believe it's been a whole year! Where does time go?

I'm sure Sunny is having a wonderful time at the Bridge playing with all his friends and I'm sure he also spends time looking out for, and thinking of you too :huggles:

A couple of months ago I thought I was losing my oldie Morgan (at 13.5) but she has rallied amazingly and is doing extremely well just now. I do love the oldies.

:huggles: for your sad anniversary :huggles:

Thinking of you & Sunny, what lovely piccy's of him.... :huggles:

I remember Sunny & his litter brother so well, they were like 2 peas in a pod!
It was one of them, either  Magic or Mystic that sired the 2 very beautiful girls of June's,  Kittiwake & Krystal???

He may be gone BUT never forgotten, a truly lovely little man who i'm sure left lots of lovely memories  :huggles:

yeah, it was my Sunny! if anyone has any pics of the girls I'd love to see them :)

I will ask June if she has any pics if not Ill take some for you Alison

I wonder what Sunny would have thought about Monty

He would have loved Monty! Well, he would when he was a puppy, not sure if he'd like him now - I'm not sure if I like him now (w00t) He is being a typical teenager, definately needs a strong dog to knock him down a peg or two :- "

Can't believe I didn't post on this thread when it first appeared! :b Sunny was a lovey boy and you must miss him such a lot. Our Josh died 2 years ago this month and as everyone agrees you never forget. I remember an elderly friend talking about losing her dog and she said the same thing and I thought that she was exaggerating, until it happened to me! :( Now I know that every word she spoke was true.

I'm sure you have lots of lovely memories of Sunny and plenty of photos to look back on. :huggles:
