Sean just phonedThe dogs always go with him to work ans he walks them between jobs

Hes in Dundee this morning and let them out on a nice green

Turned his back for 2 mins and heard a squeel

Turned back and Jinx is howling wrapped up in an abandoned wire fence

Front paw ripped open I think or leg not sure

Just had to find a vets and give directions

They have taken here in to operate

Here on own

Let u know how she is later

Hope Jinx is on the mend.It must have been a terrible thing to happen.

Keep us all posted.

Thanks for all your kind words today,it was a long day being over 100 miles away from home a wee after a 2hour journey is a normal event but this morning jinx put up a bunny and gave chase 5 seconds later a scream, some lazy b*****d had fitted a new fence and left the remains flat down in the grass with the sharp bits pointing upwards.

fortunately jinx stayed put and called for me or it could have been worse,a quick patch up from the 1st aid kit in my van,and shona's help via internet locating a vet 12 mins later she was being treated.

hopefully she will make a full recovery and continue to race,we shall keep you posted ,thanks again for your concern.

Big Sean

Pleased to hear there is no tendon damage and wish Jinx a speedy recovery  .

A few years ago jaz got caought up in barbed wire and the skin on her leg was hanging off like a sock. Sodding stuff should be banned.

Sending special healing hugs to Jinxs from us all
