Hi all, in a few weeks I'll be adopting a 2 year old Dalmatian. I've been reading a lot about their dietary requirements and low purine diets. I must admit I'm totally confused on what to feed him for the best. I currently have a 1 year old German Shorthaired Pointer who is on a Symply dry food, would I be able to feed him the same? Any advice on this would be very helpful, thank you in advance

Take a look at the All About Dog Food website.

One of the basic principles is that the first ingredient on the list of ingredients should be a high quality protein like chicken or fish. If it is not then be suspicious of the quality of the food.
