Our AGM will be held at the Pheasant pub in Staverton, on Sun 29th( post code GL51 0SS). We will meet at 10.45 for coffee and the meeting will start at 11.00 am. There will be a hot buffet (with suitable items for veggies) served at 12.30, which will be subsidised by the club for all members. The cost to each member will therefore be £3.50/head.
Unfortunately it will not be possible to race prior to the meeting as some members would like to attend and don't like the late finish and driving in the dark, and also Nigel, Judy and I have a date with Alice Cooper and his tour in Swindon later in the evening!!
I am compiling an agenda this week so could I please have items for this (we would ask you to speak on anything you choose to raise). I will also need numbers for catering by Sunday 22nd at the VERY latest. Please feel free to phone ,e-mail or pm me. I do have an answer machine if you just want to leave a message and not talk to me!!
