Yep i was taught that Spring forward Fall back

I thought it went 'spring forward, fall backward'

but when I tried to actually work it out I thought 'no it's the opposite way round' it's one of those things where if you think too hard about it you get it wrong and you should stick to your instincts.....which I will next time

but it still puts a on my face to remember the time he had to sit and wait in Sainsbury's car park one Sunday morning for them to open, because we'd forgotten to change to clocks and he was too early :lol:
