It sounds like a genuine case for re-homing but hope the breeder has been informed. A reputable breeder would take the puppy back.

Why doesn't the breeder take him back? I have a "refund" scheme when my pups go. That sounds awful but you know what I mean. :thumbsup:

Unfortunately this person has emailed me back to say they have already found a whippet so this little one may still be after a home
