Any Results From Ballywalter?

jus wonderin how the n.d.l.t.c went at ballywalter yesterday.

my sisters dog hosie picked up a 1st and a 2nd in da showing.

WELL DONE BLUE EYED BOY AND HOWLING GOOD TIME. :D

good start for them as this was there first show.
 
RHONDA YOUR SIS DONE EXCEPTIONALLY WELL ! I TOOK A FEW CANDID PIX OF HER AND HOSIE,,, :- " THEYLL BE ON HERE LATER AFTER TODAYS SHOW.

COLT AND HIS SISTER MOLLY GOT BEST PAIR..MOLLY GOT "NLRC MEMBERS SECTION " CHAMPION. THERE WERE A FEW OTHER CLUB WINNERS BUT ILL GET THE FULL RUN DOWN LATER. DESPITE A 72YD TRACK...YES..72 YDS :eek: ...COLT GOT RSVE CHAMPION LOL HE WAS THERE IN 4 STRIDES (w00t) (w00t) .

UNFORTUNATELY "BALLYWALTER ESTATE" STILL WONT ALLOCATE MORE SPACE FOR THE LURCHERS. STUPID BSTRDS :rant:

If the Ballywalter Estate won't allocate more ground for the lurcher and terrier events how come when the Mid-Antrim Working Terrier and Lurcher Club run the events the last time i raced there, it was at least 200-250 yards long and could have been longer if required. The land is there and is available, why can they not get their heads together and come up with a better solution. If the lurcher enthusiasts don't voice their concerns to the organisers of the Game Fair and the NLRC don't expect any change...it would be interesting just to see how much money is lifted at the gates from the lurcher and terrier fraternity. But anyhow well done to all those who won their classes at the showing and racing (w00t)
 
welldone everyone who won anything 2day :thumbsup: i didnt go saturday but went today and had an exceptional day... first off all i let my wee cousin take Tori into the 10 - 15 young handlers class which she won and then went on to win over-all junior handler champion (w00t) (w00t) and it was her first time showing a dog :- " then my other dog Cody won the Veteran Class :wub: and Tori did very well winning the Members Section & smooth under 23" bitch.... then for the racing My 11 yr old Cody came 2nd in his heat then it was re-run for some reason and he came 3rd that time didnt matter though as Tori went on to win the under 23" racing champion... :D to top the day off my friend who came with me for 2day came home with a new edition :wub: a wee whippet :wub:

I heard a wee rumour,that this was not the All Ireland today,and what a pleasant wee surprise it was.I am realy looking forward to Stormy's show in september,as my pups are flying. ...Billy... PS.Well done Rose,realy pleased for you.

what a blinking weekend.......FIGHTS...ROSETTES...TROPHYS...POLICE... :eek: :eek:

WELL DONE TO ALL THE WINNERS FROM WEEKEND.

"LONGSTONE LAD".. K9s rhonda done well yesterday with her collie greyhound puppy "BRONCO" coming second to rose !

our club finished with a great haul of silverware and rosettes (pix to follow later).

eamons dog won SHOW CHAMPION on sunday with COLT getting RSV SHOW CHAMPION. our club had 4 dogs in the final line up !!

as posted yesterday the track was very short but produced close races with 6 heats of 6 dogs in the overs :eek: . after all heats and re-runs (again ffs) it was down to nitty-gritty !

semi-finals were 2 3 dog sprints. COLTS sis MOLLY won first one . 2nd semi-line up was top race of the day. very interesting with ..COLT .. TESS ( ndltc ) another ndltc dog.. an outsider.. and ELLIE MAY. COLT took it. the final between MOLLY and COLT was cancelled due to a full-on brawl between a few spectators !

my bro and i tossed a coin for the big trophy and he won it :D

we all know who wouldve won it :- " :- " :p

hahah yeh im correcto mate! it was supposed to be 2 3 dog semis, frankie withdrew ELLIE MAY from first semi but rose thought shed slip her against COLT.. TESS and the other dog :oops: !

so youre right ian and so am i :p
