looking to get a handheld carpet washer for spot cleaning anybody got one of these ..Vax Handheld Carpet Shampoo Washer and are they anygood

aww tell me about it jane blue ollie and tia are great never no accidents but poppy has a few bless her and it really isnt a problem as she just cant hold her self like the others can and if i missread that she wants to go out she cant hold it so he had few accident ,so i thou id just get one of those small ones just for cleaning the carpet were she has weed instead of getting one of those bigger ones out every time i need just to clean a wee spot and i only have carpet in my living room so it wont get used an awful lot just for accidents so much easyer than trying to mope it up with clothes then scrubbing it that vax thing should suck up the wet and then clean and suck up any excess water sorted :cheers:was just wondering what one would be best to get :blink:

kept conking out on me :angry:

i now get on hands and knees and do it myself, good job we dont have many carpets in our house :thumbsup:

kept conking out on me :angry:

i now get on hands and knees and do it myself, good job we dont have many carpets in our house :thumbsup:

no sorry nicky.........i didnt bother getting another one after that, they were meant to be really good...........good old elbow grease for me :sweating:

iv got a big one, and its good only at the time we could only aford the cheepy one so the brushes dont move, so if you have dried in dirt or somthing like yogart its usless, need to soak the carpet and scrub it,

but juice, or fluids its really good.

and i dont spend a fortune on the vax shampoo, i use washing powered (fairy) leave it smelling lovely and soft on your skin

Get a bottle of Oxy action carpet and upholstery cleaner, in a pink bottle. You spray it on, wait 5 mins and soak it up with kitchen paper. Got rid of all the stains on our carpet.

trust me keith they sit at the table and they are not aloud to leave the table until there hands and face are clean, (new sofa 1 day old oh wipes kyles hands forgets his face, what does the wee man do run head first to the sofa, big smear of dinner all up it :rant: )

some who my children can not keep food on a plate or in a bowl, it goes every where, if its not them nocking the plates of the table, it its them missing there mouths :rant:

got to love them though o :huggles: and the vax is a good send, will definatly get another if it ever conks out :thumbsup:
