Shoot me down if you will but I actually think that what they've done is a good idea. I have an adopted dog through NCDL and get piks and updates etc. Providing that the ebay seller is a genuine rescue charity I think it would probably raise great funds from people as I did find all the paperwork etc a bit of a hassle.
