You may of seen my thread a few days back showing our 10 week old lurcher pup.

As I said I have 2 rescue greyhound that we love. But wanted a pup so I can work, race, maybe even show. (a VERY busy happy life)

I read on many of these threads about shows happening across the UK all of the time, and was wondering if you are from or know lurcher owners in the suffolk area. Are there events in suffolk?

Been always into dogs, but would like to take it a step further, (make it a full time hobby) a way of life, more than just keeping a dog as a pet, does that make sence.

If not suffolk then norfolk and essex.

Cheers.

You can bring him down to my track in N Suffolk any time and your GHs to run them on a lure. Be glad to see you. Also I can point you in the right direction for some lurcher lure coursing for the lurcher in due course and for you GHs more immediately if you wish.

the East Anglian whippet country club , runs some lurcher stakes at some of the members meetings if you would like to attend? Lampingman is also a member so could pass details to you if you so wish , always good to meet new members

That would be fantastic! My newest GH Gemma has been out of racing now for about 5 months, and she is super fit looking. I almost feel cruel keeping her without running her much. How she locks onto thing's I now she misses it all.

Her she is.

Where are you in N suffolk? I would be happy to pay.

Your dogs look STUNNING. I was only in yarmouth last week on my hols, dieing to get home though so I could pick the new pup up. My old Greyhound Bruno raced allot at yarmouth. He's one of the tallest hounds I have ever seen, and muscle with it. Thanks for your comment.
