i am thinking of getting a laguna whippet but i have a little girl just wondering if they are good with kids ? does any one know

Whippets are fantastic with kids..but obviously you`d have to teach your little girl to treat it with kindness and she`d
have a cuddling partner for life.

My whippets love kids ......... but they can't eat a whole one :clown:
Sorry :b ......... seriously tho', whippets are the ideal family dog but they are sensitive and nervous so, as other posters have said, you have to ensure that the child is kind and gentle with them :thumbsup:
Also be aware that, as puppies, whippets have very sharp teeth and claws so close supervision would be needed if a child was allowed to "play" with a whippet puppy :unsure:
