Thanks Nicky and well done to you too ... it is hard work but I think when you go back to education you appreciate the experience even more :geek:

Truly well done you :D :D I did a part-time second degree as a mature student and I know that fitting in study at evenings and weekends when you have all the responsibilities that go with being over 21 is so much harder than when you study straight out of school. And also more rewarding  Good luck with your final results :luck:

Well done Jill a great achievement

Good for you Nicky :))

Well Done Jill, you must feel very proud of yourself, what was your degree in?

Have a good relax in the feel good factor now :D

Well done Jill and Nicky!!!!

I too am coming to the end of my P/T Degree course. Working full time and trying to study in the evenings and weekends over these past 5 years have not been easy, so I know exactly how you feel  :) :)

Well done to you too Diane - it's like bashing your head against a brick wall isn't it - lovely when you stop!!! Only kidding - I've enjoyed the course but, like you, have found it difficult to fit around the rest of my life. I'm so glad I've stuck it out now though (there was a point last year when I was very close to giving up ... a few tears and a pep talk from Ian later and I decided that the workload would not beat me!

I will graduate with an MA (General) - the way the evening degree course works at St Andrews is that you can dip in and out of lots of different subjects - it's the old fashioned, broad based Scottish degree :)
