But he wasn't really that bothered with it :lol: He would have run just as well without it!
We took him to the ACES day on saturday, but only stayed for the morning as we didn't put enought socks on so had cold feet!!
When it was our turn we started him on 50 meters to see how he was. Hubby went to the other end to catch Austin and Austin knew that it was time for a run.
When we walk him we regularly call him between us and give him treats. He is so good at it that he just runs to one of us, gets a treat and then runs back. The other person doesn't even have to call him!!
So he did the 50 metres well we thought he might as well run the 100 metres (he normally does more than that himself on a walk). And he did it in 7.78 seconds. Everyone thought that was a really good time and that Austin was hardly putting in much effort!
We were just pleased that he did what he was meant to and didn't run a muck in the field!!
There are pictures in the working/coursing forum of him doing his stuff!!
