Feb 18th, a good turnout today it started bright but cold but by the time the final was going in it was trying to snow, thankfully it held off, the hot drinks and home made pies and cakes went down well, our mobile shed come cafe is worth its weight in gold.

some good close racing especially the yd/lb race with stuie's as ya like & john's marillamite just getting it by a short head :thumbsup:

i think our mobile shed should be moved up on the winning line with all gas burners on full power iam still frozen :lol: :lol:

working well the chuck waggon, sh...t forecast for the next 24hrs heavy rain.lets hope it sorts its self for the w/e.

trying to get the cotton wool off our lad to give him a slip :sweating:

A lovely afternoons racing with 16 dogs on the card and loads of run ups, nice to see some local lurcher lads spectating and then giving thier dogs handslips, our moblie shed come cafe did a roaring trade.

hire her to john and fiona they into mice :-

should make a differance ground was perfect to roll over seeded some areas,odd little divert and we should have our 3 tracks,use one for month/ 6 weeks then the others will have 2/3 month to recover. got rid of the horses now golfers scuffing small areas aaaaaaahhhhhhhhhh.

looking better every week.

A wet start but the sun got out and it was a lovely afternoon, the track looked fantastic after our resident groundsman rolled it( your hard work and time is very much appreciated ) and good times were clocked today, our tea lady was unable to attend today so only hot drinks and bikkies available.

Just a polite reguest to members, we could do with a few more members lending a hand in any way they can instead of leaving it to the same people every week.

the new owners are doing well. he ran very well but one thing you cannot do is give a good dog start. 5 yds takes some making up. :thumbsup: :luck:
