There's a few raw food brands mentioned under 'Where can I learn more?', along with general info on raw feeding, here: Raw feeding I'm currently using Natural Instinct raw, which I'm very happy with.

With a large breed, you do (unless you're rolling in it) need to consider your budget, or it's easy to spend more on feeding your dog than you do yourself, so do some sums before you commit to a de luxe brand!
