Day 2 of trying to take action shots. I decide to take a selection of my dogs. Whizz, Woody, Bean and the BHT and go on my own so Alan and his legs don't keep getting in the way of the photos.
In the first field there is a mown path and most of the field is left long. So only bum shots of dogs. In the next field it has all been cut for hay and they hunt bunnies in this field. So I make for the field where they normally race around. I stand in the middle of it and..................... they stand around me looking up at me. After a few mins of this inactivity Tally starts to whinge and my legs and back are starting to ache, so I decide to try sitting down. Hmmmmm.......... all but Whizz decides to lie down with me.
So close to abandoning the 'taking photographs' idea I get up and tell the dogs firmly to go away and point towards the long grass and the river.
A BHT having been told to go away is upset and is doing an eeore impression. I am a bad BHT owner and he's very misunderstood. Oh just go away I said and pointed again.
Be like that then and he slopes off with his mate Whizz.
Nearly there and yes he does have a piece of dried grass clinging to his right thigh. (tut's thinks BHT's are like compost heaps on legs :b )
So now I can see this because if they are anything at all BHT's are very, very awkward sorts.
One last attempt at a BHT action shot. I called him and he thought my mum  wants me and this happened. (w00t)
