what a fab day, it was so nice to enjoy the sunshine and spend time watching ringside not worrying about getting my dog in the class, i'm going to have to do more of this "just visiting" lark
there were some really super dogs there today with some very close calls, i don't think i could have picked between some of them, i thought the line ups were really typey and even.

now for my chuffed to bits moment  :D

i was so proud to see 2 of Oto's daughters do the 1-2 in puppy bitch

the first Celticmoon Oto's black Magic handled very expertly by Teena

I loved all the sportman ship on my placings , esp the lucky lady who had her minor pup in Open , thanks for clapping when she took the class

Glad to hear you had a great day Jax!

Really love Oto's Black Magic

Any more pics of any others -

Lynn - you're youngster?

Edengrove Fair Dinkum? The name makes me think she is by an Aussie dog - perhaps Peperone Solid Gold is her dad???

Unreal to think that there was only one open bitch and it was really a minor puppy!

Congrats to Cash's bro for his VHC. :*

And Peperone Pascal for RCC. Good Boy!

Well done to everyone

We had a great day.

Class 2154 AVVD/B H (18 Entries) Abs: 5

1st: 10676 BRYCE-SMITH Mrs M Ch Nefisa Bushrah of Saruk JW

2nd: 9164 DUGDALE Miss K J Afterglow After The Fire

3rd: 10831 JONES, Mrs W & JONES Dr N Aphrael Aoife Of Chelynnah

Res: 9430 SKERRITT Mrs L & Miss J Ch Jamars Saffi of Monkhams

VHC: 10330 BENSTEAD Mr & Mrs S Ch Paran Solar Corona Of Babylonia

Savannah got 3rd in the Pedigree Veteran Stakes. She impressed the judge by snapping a fly out of the air while on the table and landing back into a perfect stack! He made a comment on her reflexes being spot on for a whippet LOL. Then she impressed ME by standing still with only the slightest twitch as the LONGEST WORM IN THE WORLD was making its way across her front foot! I had to overcome my own 'ick' feelings to take it off. Bless her for being so good. I certainly couldn't have stood still with that happening to me!

And to top it off I was very impressed with Drama's performance for her first big show. She was very good while I was away in the ring with Savannah, and held herself together very well in the ring in such a large class, and made the cut. I couldn't have asked her for more.

Bless her little cottons she slept like the dead all the way home.

Bernie and I would just like to thank everyone who who has either p.md or left messages of congratulations on this board. As you can imagine were are thrilled to say the least on the day we had with Savuka Mambo Sun (Isaac) It is always extra special when you have the support of the people in your breed. Well done to Leigh and Ch Crosscop Bluebell, a worthy champion. And of course a HUGE thank-you to Jackie.
