BLIDWORTH OPEN EVENT 29-07-07

The Blidworth club has decided to run an open for racers who will not be attending the Scottish Derby.

It is considered that those who will be going to the Derby will not alter plans for a no points open in the midlands.

This event is put on so those who will not be going to the derby will have a chance to race at an open meeting.

ABCD format at 150 yards 2 foot per lb front dog.

Scratch at 36 lb 40 lb and no limit at 160yards

Pups and Vets in two classes up to 25lb up to 32 lb all in 150 yards

Weigh in till 12-00 noon.

Entry fee £3-00p + 50p lure at least 100% payout

Refreshment and lunches etc available in the pub

Come and have a good days racing.

This will be Blidworths club first open since it has been reformed, the committee are determined to make it a good event for the racers, the track is in a great condition with plenty of grass on a softish base, sand pit finish to save stopper injuries also. Come and have a decent days sport with good company and friends.
