I don't know if anyone agrees? I have lots of respect for the NWRF and their choices, but who decided to hold the Championships on the 6th November, with the new law about fireworks only being allowed to be used on 5th November it is like a blitz outside, my dogs are terrified and I feel like not bothering tomorrow. All of the hard work I have put in will probably be for nothing. I have never known this to be so noisy on firework night, is anyone else having the same problems?

Gary :sweating:

P.S. Good luck everybody, will see you there.

yes gary got same problem here, there is 3000 people down on our park less than a mile away watchin a display its ridiculous the dogs are all in the house shakin not the ideal night b for tomorrow but never mind im sure everyone else is in the same boat

One night ? You're lucky they've been going off here since the end of September, laws or no laws they do what they like round here. Last night was as bad as it is tonight and thursday only a little better.

We won't hear an end to the fireworks until at least the middle of January and that's no exadduration they will continue now intermittently 'till Christmas and all through Christmas week followed by New Year celebrations and an extra week for good measure.

With a bit of luck they'll stop soon and the dogs can get a good few hours kip :luck:

Still going strong here - hate it when they play "I've got the last firework"

I hear what everybody is saying. It is/was like a war zone outside. All our dogs have been in the house since 6 O'clock, when the fireworks started going off and it is nearly mid-night and they are still at it. Fortunately for us there is only one of our dogs that is nervous of the fireworks and that is Saxon Honey, the others don't seems to be at all concerned.

Like Gary has said though holding the Bend Championships the following day may have an effect on many dogs' performance.

Best of luck to all those who take part tomorrow.

same here been the worst year i have known, luckily homeanna is not at all bothered by the fireworks and is just getting on with looking after her pups, i do feel for all the owner's running dogs at the champs, good luck :luck: Gary and everyone running dogs tomorrow

and we still have them going off, :(

:) )my dogs are terrified think i heard the last one go off at about 12-15 am, they seem to be getting louder, not the ideal preperation for today as i have a 3½+ journey and so do other people.

same here, sick of hearing them, keep it to one night if you have to have them at all,

Crazy Man on the opposite side of the road to us must own a fireworks factory the amount of fireworks that he sets off every year, luckily my dog aint the slightest bit bothered but must be a nightmare for everybody else. I know that bombfire night has been and gone but as in many other places the displays will continue for weeks and months to come yet. I like fireworks but they should be restricted to organised displays only!!!1

Hi, i was just searching on google for more information on the seren-um tablets as i have just bought an outer to try out as i am thinking of selling them permanently.

Some information i can give you from the packaging and booklet inside the box is below.

A natural food supplement to calm and pacify some common behavioural problems in cats, dogs and small animals. (These tablets are just for dogs that are 30kg and over).

Contains a blend of amino acids and vitamins which help to relax your pet naturally.

Totally natural, totally safe.

Beneficial to help pets cope during unsettling periods such as fireworks, thunderstorms, car journeys and family gatherings.

Offer pet owners an alternative.

You can also visit their VERY colourful website to read much more about this.

http://www.markandchappell.com/index.html?welcome.html&2

You can also call a lo-call helpline - 0845 600 3642

I have already sold 3 boxes of these and have 2 left for anyone to try out on thsi website.

Like i said earlier the tablets are ONLY for dogs that are 30kg or over.

Uusally they retail at £15.49, but if anyone is willing to try them out for me and give me feedback on how they worked i will do them for £8.99 including postage and packaging.

If anyone would like any more information on these please PM me and i will try my best to help.

I am also a seller on ebay so if anyone wishing to buy these would feel safer going through that, that's fine.

Thanks, Mark

wish i could give the daft t..t round the corner 3 boxes all at once been letting crackers of for last 2 hours   a.. hole
